Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited activity

Customers may not use the platform for unlawful content, malware distribution, spam, phishing, credential theft, unauthorized intrusion attempts, or abuse of third-party networks or systems.

Resource abuse

Intentional resource exhaustion, denial-of-service behaviour, cryptomining without authorization, or repeated workloads that materially disrupt shared infrastructure are prohibited.

Enforcement

CanarHost may investigate abuse reports, suspend affected services, or request immediate remediation where a service threatens platform integrity or compliance obligations.
